The Camarillo Ranch House is a classic old Victorian on a large property that is ideally suited for weddings. A Camarillo landmark, this venue is great for photography as it has lots of different areas to shoot, including full access inside the house.
The Camarillo Ranch House also has a newly restored barn, and they can host events in there now too. The ceremony area is to the east of the house, the huge reception area to the south, and a nice garden for portraits is to the west. At night they light the house, which is a perfect backdrop for the reception. It can get a bit dark, so it is a good idea for your DJ to bring some party lights!
This is an outside venue, so the only concern is really the weather. I've heard questions about the noise from the 101 freeway, which is close, but it will never be quiet enough on your wedding day to hear any noise. Great venue!
